Lorenzo and his mum Nico made us feel so welcome. He showed us around the garden and even let us try his homemade honey. We came to a casa de agata for a pasta-making evening after our Airbnb host recommended Lorenzo. The pasta was delicious, and we had such a good time. The setting and the view from Lorenzo’s place are magical. Grazie Lorenzo! I’d recommend it to anyone.

The two lovely dogs quickly became friends with our 4-year-old son, and Ginevra gave us great suggestions for places to see and eat. We spent three nights at A Casa da Agata with our family in August 2019. Tucked into the mountains, it’s about 10-15 minutes from Loro Ciuffenna’s city centre, and also fairly close to Florence and Arezzo. As a city dweller, I found the stay extraordinary. Ginevra is a wonderful host, and each morning she served an amazing breakfast made with local ingredients. We’d come back next time we’re in Tuscany.

Breakfast was excellent and high quality, and our hostess was so kind and welcoming. The place is clean and well cared for, surrounded by nature with some of Tuscany’s most beautiful views.

Such a great spot. Lorenzo does a wonderful job, and we had a really good time. I’d recommend booking here, and hope we can come back soon.
