In the morning, have a cup of coffee while looking at the city from the window. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — Lido delle Rose Beach, Pollu Beach and Iscrixedda Beach. Location

The rooms have lovely handmade touches, with a Sardinian feel mixed in with modern style, and the place was impeccably clean. We had such a great experience. The setup is beautifully done, but what really made it was the host, whose energy and hospitality made us feel at home. And there were homemade treats too 🤤🤩. A big heartfelt thank you, Ivana! Hats off, chapeau!

Ivana made our holiday extra special. She’s incredibly friendly and always available, and breakfast was a treat, with homemade cakes, jams, and more. Everything was excellent. The B&B feels welcoming and private, with spacious, clean rooms, a closet, and a private bathroom with all the amenities. It’s about five minutes on foot to the town center and its few restaurants, and a twenty-minute walk to the sea. A fantastic stay. Thank you, Brescia! ❤️

Ivana is truly exceptional, and the best part of the stay. The rooms are private with their own bathrooms, and the shared spaces are really comfortable. Would I come back? Of course!

Restaurants and bars are plentiful nearby, and the property is in a handy spot. Our room was modern and spotless. We had a fantastic stay, thanks for everything!

The place was spotless, truly top-notch. Is Apposentus was a wonderful experience, and Ivana is a knowledgeable, kind, approachable, polite, friendly, and generous host. We talked for an hour or more, so those descriptions are well earned. My room was new and modern, with its own bathroom. The shared living room and kitchen were roomy, colourful, and comfortable, with the bright, youthful feel of a classic hostel. There’s also a lovely large terrace, partly enclosed and overlooking a citrus grove, with tables, loungers, and lots of little plants. When I arrived, Ivana greeted me outside her front door. I’m not sure if she’d been waiting there before I got in, as I didn’t notice. When I left, she wrapped up two lovely slices of her homemade cake for me, just as you might for friends or family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
