Luigi welcomed us warmly and helped with our luggage during our three-night stay. The room had an old-style Italian look and a small balcony, which was fine. There was a lot of traffic noise with the windows open, but closing them kept the noise out, and the air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was lovely. Luigi is a kind man, and I’d recommend this hotel.

The location right in front of Lake Iseo is simply awesome. The hotel itself is very old and really needs major renovation. Service is handled separately from the hotel and is fantastic.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the lake view is amazing. The downside was the slow internet and a room that needs updating.

We barely slept because it was noisy at night. The rooms weren't clean, and breakfast was even worse. A very poor hotel, I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were lovely and really helpful, and the service was great. Our room was clean, with a nice balcony too.
