We stayed one night at B&B Stella Lucca while traveling between Cinque Terre and central Tuscany. Free parking was really useful, and the place delivered what we needed: somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep with the car parked overnight. If parking weren’t a concern, I’d probably stay in the city center instead. Breakfast came as a voucher for a nearby cafe, and we found it filling enough for a full meal. It was also fun eating alongside locals.

The free guest parking was much appreciated, and the old city walls are only a 10-minute walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful, and having a kitchen/dinner area with complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits was a nice extra. Breakfast was tasty, fresh Italian food at the super cafe/restaurant next door. A fully recommendable B&B and excellent value for money.

Lucia is an excellent host and very helpful. The location is nice, about a 10-minute walk from the city walls. Rooms are clean and pleasant, each with a private bathroom.

The room was spacious, spotless and had everything we could need. There’s a kitchen on the ground floor stocked with tea and coffee. Breakfast is served at the lovely bakery, coffee shop and restaurant next door. The owner there is very friendly and speaks perfect English. Lucia, our host, was also very helpful and speaks very good English. It’s an ideal location, a 10-minute walk from the walled city. 10/10
