Breakfast starts too late, the AC doesn’t work, and the place wasn’t clean. Service was poor too. Honestly, it’s better to stay in the park than book this terrible hotel.

The room smelled damp and wasn’t nice, and the price felt extremely high for that room and the breakfast. Breakfast was very poor, and the waiters weren’t very helpful or friendly. The people at check-in and checkout were very nice, though. I’d only stay here if I couldn’t find another option.

We were greeted with smiles every time, and the staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful from the moment I walked in. The hotel is in a great location. Our room was spacious and had all the essentials, and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Lucca.

The shower was good, but that was about the only positive. The bedroom was shabby, the walls were dirty, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, with a thick layer of dust on top of the tiny fridge. We’d asked for a double bed or two singles together, but got three separate single beds with wall-mounted tables between them. Breakfast was poor and the coffee was cold. The worst three-star hotel I’ve stayed at. Find somewhere else.

The AC was broken, and they did nothing about it, so we were left with the window open. They knowingly put four adults in a room with a queen-size mattress and a kids’ bunk bed. As if that wasn’t enough, there was no body soap for the shower, despite the room costing €195.
