The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and was flexible about having our bikes dropped off and stored. We were there at the start of a ten-day bike ride, and couldn't have asked for more from this family-run business. Breakfast was delicious too.

The location is perfect for visiting the walled town, and there's free parking on site. Our room was nice and clean, and the air conditioning worked really well. The owners made us feel welcome despite how limited our Italian is. It's a charming, traditional old-style hotel that's rightly proud of its old-school approach.

We had a comfortable, wonderful stay, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. When we come back to Lucca, we'll stay here again.

We first stayed here 15 years ago, and it still has the same charm. This family-run hotel offers personal service, and everyone is helpful. It's budget friendly and has a true Tuscan welcome.
