We loved exploring Lucca, especially the green spaces along the top of the city walls. The hotel made a good base, right in the center, and felt stylish and authentic. Our room was quiet, very clean, and decorated in keeping with that character. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were courteous and efficient, and the breakfast buffet had a striking range of sweet and savory choices. There’s secure parking nearby for a fee, and the building has an elevator. We’d recommend both the hotel and Lucca.

The service made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and clean, and breakfast came with plenty of homemade pastries, served on lovely dishes. Such a beautiful hotel.

Breakfast really stood out, with a broad selection and fresh coffee made to order. The staff were friendly, helpful, and especially attentive in the mornings. My husband and I stayed two nights, and our room was comfortable with everything we needed. Thanks for making the visit so pleasant.

The drive to the hotel is the one thing to be careful about. Parking costs €18, which was fine, but Google Maps sent us on quite an adventure. Ask the hotel how to get there; they know the straightforward route, and Google isn’t much help. Once there, we found a cute place with cozy rooms, a lovely bathroom, and a quiet night’s sleep. The breakfast was very good, and the breakfast room had lots of neat little touches.

The room was enchanting, and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast even had fruit and vegetable juicers! The hotel is charming and very well located, and the staff were extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Couldn’t ask for more.
