We’ll be back. The bedroom was huge and immaculately clean, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent, and I really appreciated the chef making scrambled eggs without butter just for me. It’s a quiet, well-placed spot, with all the sights in beautiful Lucca within walking distance. Having parking in the basement was welcome. The great reviews are right, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The location and breakfast were good. But the room was basic and sparsely furnished, there was no Nespresso in the room, the Wi-Fi was terrible, and the AC didn’t work well. It felt like a three-star hotel charging five-star prices.

The bar area was elegant and quiet, and the hotel itself looked modern and ultra clean. Francesco at reception was so welcoming and capable. He made us delicious Limoncello spritzers while also checking in a new guest and parking someone’s car, all without stopping our conversation. We’d popped into Palazzo Dipinto to find a quiet bar away from the heat and noise, and it delivered. We hope to stay there next time we visit Lucca.

We were a family of three and booked two double rooms. The breakfast was delicious, and having a garage onsite was handy. Everything was within walking distance. The hotel has a charming mix of antique and modern touches, feels luxurious and quiet, and has great mattresses. The personnel were very kind and friendly. We highly recommend this exquisite gem!
