This summer I rented a house through Elisabeth for the third time. It was atmospheric and in a lovely location, and everything around it was really well organized.

I had to postpone my 2020 booking because of Covid. In 2021, well before my travel date, I asked to move it again because my baby was due three days before we arrived. The owners refused and kept all the money I’d paid, which was a substantial amount, a third of the rental cost. Classy.
