The bus to and from Brixen stops right outside, and the view is a highlight. It's a good spot for hikes around Lüsen. I enjoyed the pool and wellness area, with its different saunas and places to relax. On my last night, though, everything was switched off half an hour before the official closing time while I was still in the garden sauna. The coffee is very good, and breakfast is fine and high quality, though nothing special. Dinner was disappointing for a place that presents itself as ambitious. There was a lot of deep-frying, and it felt like an average buffet served as a fancy five-course dinner. I would have raised this in person, but nobody asked at checkout.

It was lovely and quiet, and everyone was friendly. I really loved the peaceful atmosphere, and the saunas were amazing. The animals outside make it especially nice for children. A few things could be better: I found the management unprofessional, breakfast could have more regional products, and dinner was too expensive in my opinion.

The family atmosphere made our mountain stay feel so warm and authentic. We had a personal issue while there, and the staff took great care of us and made sure we were comfortable. Everything else was wonderful too, from the views and breakfast buffet to the drinks, dinner, spa, and live music. We'll definitely return. It felt like a little glimpse of paradise, vielen danke!!

This is a fantastic place run by a lovely family. The rooms are clean, the service is very good, and the location is ideal for a relaxing holiday with the Alps all around. You can go walking or skiing nearby. The food is very good as well. The wellness area has several saunas and a jacuzzi, but the indoor pool is small and quite cold.
