The staff’s warmth and support meant a lot to us, especially when our flight was delayed. They immediately and patiently helped us look into solutions, and we’re very grateful for their kindness. The shuttle to the ski lifts was also wonderfully reliable, making it easy to get out on the slopes each day. My family and I had a fantastic stay. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the pool and spa were lovely. Food was consistently great, breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the bar had a welcoming feel. We highly recommend this hotel.

The welcome here was on another level, and the restaurant is amazing. It’s a great location, and they’re dog friendly too. My dog enjoyed the stay so much. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you 🙏

The rooms may seem a little dated, but that’s part of Europe and its history. What really matters is how welcoming the people are. We had an amazing Christmas with the hotel team, who did everything to make us feel at home. I visit Europe every year, and I think this is somewhere I’ll come back to.

Federica was always helping us find great plans and restaurants nearby, and Barbara at the front office and Alesio in the restaurant looked after us so well. The whole hotel team was lovely, and we couldn’t have been in better hands. It was by far the best long weekend of the year. The place is amazing, and we’re already counting the days until we come back!

We travelled from Norway for our first trip to the Dolomites, and Alpen Suite Hotel made it unforgettable. The staff were so warm and welcoming that we felt right at home, and the hospitality went well beyond what we expected. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, especially the homemade bread, and dinner was fantastic. The bar was cosy and relaxing after a day out, and the shuttle made getting to and from our hikes very convenient. We’ll absolutely be back!
