The bar across the street was the one real problem. It was extremely intrusive until it stopped at 8pm each day. Apart from that, the ski location is excellent, and both the food and service were great. Amazing service and the best location.

Everything was spotless and smelled pleasant, and breakfast was delicious. This is a lovely luxury hotel beside the ski lift and near the center of Madonna di Campiglio. The staff were very friendly, especially Ms. Sara, who was lovely and exceptionally polite.

The team looked after everyone, including guests who couldn't ski, with the same care as those skiing in and out. Facilities were excellent and cleanliness was top notch. Breakfast had a great selection, and the one dinner we ate there was faultless. Wow, what a hotel and team.

We arrived very late, well after the dining room had closed, but they still provided a cold meal. Breakfast and dinner always had a good choice, and the hotel, staff, service, and amenities couldn't have been better. Wonderful location.

The service was great, and for skiing the location couldn't be better, right opposite the Spinale gondola. This is our best experience in Madonna di Campiglio so far. Highly recommended, and we can't wait to return.
