Everyone at the hotel made us feel at home and kept checking that we were comfortable and had what we needed. It was an amazing experience. I truly recommend staying here, you won't regret it!

We had a lovely time. The room was nice, and we appreciated the bath robes, slippers and flip flops provided. The spa was really nice too, though you need to book a time slot in advance. It worked out for us, but I can imagine it might be hard to get a slot during peak winter season. Breakfast at the buffet was nice. Sometimes it was difficult to get hold of a waiter to order coffee, and for all six nights we were assigned a table far from the windows, which was a little annoying.

The breakfast was great, and the hotel team were lovely. We also really appreciated the shuttle, since the hotel isn't that close to town or the cable car. The hotel and spa were very nice.

Madonna Di Campiglio is a great base for walking, and with so many ski fields around, I imagine it would be just as good for skiing. We were here as part of an organized walking tour, and the Hotel lived up to its four stars. No complaints.

The shuttle was quick to collect us and got us to the ski lifts promptly, which made getting around easy. Staff were friendly, attentive, and communicated well in English. Our server even remembered our coffee order and brought it over without asking. The spa was terrific, and the continental breakfast was very convenient before a long day skiing. We had an amazing stay at the Cristal Palace, and I'd definitely recommend it.
