This is our third stay at Hotel Bertelli, and we love coming back. After skiing, the spa is a lovely place to unwind, with a hamam, sauna, jacuzzi and pool. The rooms are spacious and warm, and the beds are comfortable. Getting onto the slopes is quick too, just a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel ski room. Everyone on staff is welcoming, kind and attentive, which makes the stay that much nicer. And I always look forward to dinner. The restaurant food is delicious, with a different menu each day. Half board is well worth considering: dinner has four courses plus a buffet of cheeses, salads, vegetables and more. Each course gives you 2-4 choices, including meat, fish and vegetarian options. It’s so nice to relax over a good meal after skiing.

The food was amazing, really tasty and good quality, and the service was great. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel Bertelli is perfectly placed: cross the street and you’re at the Pradalago cabinovia 🚡.

The staff were friendly, but the room felt very old-fashioned, and the climate controls were awkward and inconsistent. The bed was very uncomfortable. Meals were uneven: some dinners were great, others average, and breakfast was especially awful.

The staff are all very kind, and reception is always available. The lobby-floor public toilets were very clean. After check-out, you can leave your luggage in a designated room. There are lockers for skis and snowboards, though they don’t have locks. The spa has a pool, jacuzzi, great wet and dry saunas, and massages. The jacuzzi wasn’t hot at all, and massages are expensive, though the massage itself was good. Breakfast was good, and I enjoyed the excellent smoothie-making station. I couldn’t understand why there was no soy milk out, or mugs and hot water for tea, which you have to ask for. We booked a twin room, and otherwise everything was great, but the heaters couldn’t be adjusted individually and the room was sometimes cold and sometimes hot. It wasn’t clear how to request fresh sheets without asking the receptionist. The curtains wouldn’t close over more than half of the door-window, as shown in the picture.
