We stayed three weeks ago and had such a good experience. The location was convenient, the rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the food was excellent. Everyone on staff was friendly and professional. Cristina, the owner, deserves a special thanks for being so available and attentive. We’ll definitely be back, and I’d recommend it to anyone after a family-friendly place with a thoughtful atmosphere.

Cristina is so kind and attentive to whatever her guests need. The hotel feels welcoming and is meticulously maintained, with spotless rooms and excellent food. The dining room and hotel staff were friendly and attentive too. It’s close to the town center and to Pradalago, which you can get to on the hotel's free shuttle. We’d happily repeat the experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned very well. Norma is a master at massages, and Cristina, the owner, does everything she can to make you feel at ease. The hotel isn’t right in the center, but it’s a pleasant 5-minute walk. The shuttle to the lifts is excellent. For the return, you can get back from behind, as long as you organize your lifts and descents. A super ski holiday!

We spent a long weekend here as a couple with our little dog, and it was a great option for the price. The welcome was lovely, and both the shared spaces and rooms were very clean and sanitized. Our room was especially nice and fairly spacious. The food was good overall, though breakfast could be improved. Staff were generally courteous and helpful.

The location is great for skiing and getting to the center. The minibus goes to Pradalago one way only, but you can return directly from the slopes. Breakfast and dinner were ordinary, and the service was sufficient.
