The food was delicious, and the facility was perfect for the 5 days my dear wife and I spent there. The front desk and management went out of their way to help with everything, especially the ladies at reception. I can only give them 5 stars for the service and treatment. We’ll definitely be back.

We spent a week there for New Year and had a brilliant time. It’s a lovely family run hotel, with nice facilities and staff who were really friendly and attentive. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Just had another fantastic stay at hotel Gianna. The management and staff were very helpful, the service was brilliant, the food was excellent, and the leisure center was fantastic. Looking forward to going back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return. The alpine style hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with friendly, helpful staff. The food was tasty and presented really well. It’s also close to the town center and lots of lovely walks.

Every area of the hotel felt pleasant and comfortable, and the staff paid attention to what you needed. A lovely hotel, and I’m sure we’ll return.
