The evening meals were a highlight: four courses each night, very good quality, well cooked, and with plenty of choice. They can cater for different intolerances if you give them notice, though there were a few misunderstandings about my gluten-free diet, so it’s worth confirming each time. Breakfast was mostly a cold buffet with cereals, fruit, pastries, bread, and similar items, plus a few hot choices like scrambled eggs, bacon, and baked beans. The hotel seems to offer half board. I spent a week here on a ski holiday and would happily come back. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable; some have been recently renovated and look lovely. The common areas are also clean and roomy, so you don’t feel right on top of other guests. There’s a small relaxation and spa area downstairs, which can get a little crowded. The staff were helpful while I booked online and in the emails before arrival, then friendly and welcoming when I arrived and each day after. Reception were happy to help arrange other activities in the region. Definitely recommended.

The rooms are new and very clean, and we loved the local, authentic food at breakfast and dinner. The staff are extremely nice and always ready to help. For skiers, the nearest lift is next to the hotel, and two slopes lead right to the hotel itself. We had an unforgettable vacation and would highly recommend staying here!

Carlo treated us like royalty. Nearly 30 years ago, my wife and I drove around Europe for three weeks, and Pinzolo was on our route. I was working with someone at Northwestern University, Eddie Mangazini, I believe, who said he had family there and that his cousin's uncle, Carlo, owned a hotel. We were from Chicago.

We spent New Year's Eve here, and the included prix fixe dinner with oysters and champagne was exceptional. The lobby looked a bit dated, but the service more than made up for it. Everyone worked hard to make our stay enjoyable, especially the maître d', who made us feel genuinely welcome. I don't often get surprised, but this hotel exceeded my expectations.
