Residenza 3Tre

We spent a week at the end of July in apartment 21A, and it was awful. The bathroom ceiling was shedding plaster, and the duvet still had hair from a previous guest. The bedroom and living room curtains smelled strongly of cigarettes. Washing them from time to time would help. Nearly all the electrical outlets were broken or below standard, and the kitchenette's greasy pots and pans had to be washed again before we could use them. We could hear everything happening in the apartment next door. Ms. F. was so rudely unprofessional that, after what had already happened on the phone, I didn't want to explain our disappointment further for fear of being verbally attacked again. I can't recommend this property. If you do have to stay, avoid 21A and book through OTAs so you don't have to deal with the booking agents.

The location made it easy to ski and take a walk downtown, and our apartment was clean and welcoming, with everything we needed. The staff greeted us warmly and had clearly put thought into the welcome basket, complimentary breakfast coffee, and snacks. We spent Christmas here and would happily return. Thanks for everything!

The hotel is clean and tidy, allows pets, and has very friendly staff. It sits right beside the 3Tre station and just steps from the pedestrian area. The rooms are a bit dated and could use updates to both the furnishings and the building itself.

We'd only just arrived, and they made us feel so welcome. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. There was a basket of treats, complimentary coffee, and even something for our little cloud. Thank you!
