Hotel Perla

We take every review seriously, but want to clarify what happened during this stay. The room was repeatedly left in an extremely disorganized and unhygienic state. Open suitcases and belongings were spread across the floor despite the many large wardrobes available. Shoes were often put on beds, furniture was moved and left out of place, and beds were pushed together without being returned to their original arrangement. Food and drinks were consumed on the beds, coffee was spilled on the walls, and makeup stained the linen, walls, and pillows. Personal items were wiped on curtains, sheets, and furniture. This made proper cleaning and maintenance objectively difficult, despite our housekeeping team's continued efforts. Bed linen and towels were changed regularly, and more often than standard hotel policy in this case. Our usual schedule is daily or every other day, in line with most 3-star hotels. Waste was also repeatedly left around the room and shared areas, despite bins being available. On several occasions, sanitary items were left on bathroom floors despite proper disposal facilities. Corridors and public areas were left dirty after meals, with food packaging and leftovers abandoned. Our housekeeping staff work diligently and deserve respect. Cleaning becomes extremely difficult when clothes, food, rubbish, makeup, and shoes are mixed together throughout a room. This is a 3-star hotel, not a 5-star luxury establishment. We provide clean rooms, essential services, and facilities consistent with our category. When rooms are treated respectfully and kept orderly, cleanliness and comfort are ensured. In this case, the lack of care for the room significantly affected the overall experience. We always aim to give guests a pleasant stay, and mutual respect for the space, staff, and shared rules is essential.

The rooms are large, quiet, comfortable, and clean, and the food is good. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the gondola mid station, so you can reach the skiing easily without crowds. The place is a bit quirky and old fashioned, but that makes a change from sterile chain hotels. I'd happily stay again.

It was too warm, especially in the restaurant. The room decor is very old, though some rooms have a TV and balcony.

The view is really nice, and the place is close to downtown. The rooms are a little old, but that didn't matter to me.
