2/10
We were disappointed by how our claim was handled, especially given the high price. When we arrived, the property felt quite remote, though after settling in we thought the holiday was off to a pleasant start. A few days later, someone tried to break into the house we were staying in. We reported it right away and were told we'd be compensated for the remaining holiday days, since we no longer felt safe and chose to leave early. The owner said she would arrange it, but nearly a year later, nothing has been resolved. It was an extremely disappointing experience. Sadly, this was our first and last visit to Italy.
