What a gem. The views, breakfast, and room were all wonderful, and we'd stay again and recommend it to anyone. Luigi gave us tips about food and beaches, and we thoroughly enjoyed them.

Luigi is the friendliest, best host in Sardinia. The view is the best, and you're close to the city, the beach, and other places. Breakfast is simple but good, with fresh, top-quality coffee and cappuccino.

Luigi was always smiling and happy to suggest things to see, depending on where we were headed. He made us feel right at home at Villa Pischinas during our nearly week-long stay. The room was roomy, the bed was comfortable, and it was cleaned daily. The setting is quiet, and on warm mornings breakfast outside comes with a lovely sea view. I’d definitely recommend Villa Pischinas.

The sea view is awesome, and there’s a good parking area. Everything was very clean and the services were great. Luigi welcomed us so warmly, congratulations to him! It’s very close to restaurants and the beach. The little road up to the property is a bit rocky for motorbikes. Five stars, grazie!
