Le Case della Costa

A terrible stay, and two nights were enough for me. The room was clean when we arrived, but the apartment had only the bare basics. There wasn’t even toilet paper until we asked for it. The building was quite run-down, and the elevator between the ground and first floors was broken. The staff seemed strange, and noise and slamming doors made it hard to get any peace. Bring headphones if you stay here. There’s private parking for €15 per night, which we hadn’t been told. We thought the €15 covered the whole stay, so that was an unwelcome surprise at checkout. When staff asked if we’d taken the car out that evening and we said yes, they warned us that we might not find a place when we returned because other cars would be coming back. I’d never heard anything like it. Poor value for money, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
