The place is in a gated complex, so it felt very secure. Parking is right in front of the apartment, the staff are very friendly, and the view is amazing. It's great that bikes are available for free, and I don't expect them to be perfect. A flat tire or a bit low on air is understandable, but the brakes should work. Several bikes had the same problem, so it seems like a known issue that probably isn't being fixed. Since the accommodation is on a hill and some faults aren't obvious right away, I would have appreciated a warning. The mixed-up dishes and reception being barely staffed aren't worth mentioning anymore. Unfortunately, that leaves it at 3 stars rather than 5.

There are two pool areas, both well maintained. Umbrellas would be a nice addition. The ping-pong table is okay. As a professional player, I probably find the space tighter than 95% of guests would, so it's all cool. The rooms are average, which isn't a bad thing since you have what you need. We had two separate rooms, which was especially good. The bathroom was okay too, neither above average nor bad. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. In our experience, if there's a problem, the concierge arrives within minutes. The location works well, about a 1-2 minute drive to the city center or maybe 10 minutes on foot, so you can go there whenever you like. You can borrow a bike for free. They're not the newest, but they're perfectly adequate for a quick ride into town, and again, it's free.

On our 2025-05 visit, the room had been completely refurnished, with new dishes and everything else top-notch and plentiful. This time we had a two-bedroom room, with plenty of space for four people. We'd happily stay again! 👍🙂 The property is beautifully located, overlooking the lake in a quiet spot, and it's a 10-minute walk to the town center. There's good parking right on the property. The rooms are spacious, though the cooking utensils are a little sparse, which only really becomes an issue if you use the sofa bed. Definitely recommended! 👍

The reception was excellent, and Mr. Andreis was very friendly. Malcesine is within walking distance. The apartment has comfortable beds, a bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, and shutters in every room. There’s a small kitchen with a small oven, and the lake views are fantastic. Parking is behind a locked gate, and there are two swimming pools.

Modern, comfortable apartments with a shared pool, barbecue, private garden, and indoor parking. The location is fantastic, overlooking Lake Garda and just a 10-minute walk from the center. Highly recommended!
