Erika welcomed us and was so helpful throughout our stay. She upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view of the tower. The room was clean, breakfast fantastic, and the location central. We could walk to town, the cable car, and the port for ferries to other towns in about 10 minutes. Beautiful hotel and wonderful hospitality. Highly recommend!

Our flight was delayed and we missed check-in, but Erika understood and waited for us. She greeted us with a big smile and made us feel so welcome, treating us like royalty. The rooms were fresh and tidy, and the location worked perfectly for our three nights, with shops just around the corner. What a fantastic stay. We'll definitely come back. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

We brought my parents this time, and Erika made sure they were well looked after. She's a kind, caring, and attentive host, and the hotel is immaculately clean and comfortable. It's in a quiet spot, only a short walk from the town's many shops and restaurants. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of choice, from fresh fruit to homemade cakes. Another perfect holiday. Thank you so much, Erika. You're a special person. Hope you get to enjoy a well deserved rest after the holiday season. See you again soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thanks so much to the hard-working lady at Hotel Erika for making our two-night stay a great one. It's a lovely, very clean little family-run hotel, well placed for the bars, restaurants, and harbour. The staff were friendly, from the room cleaners to the great chef. Breakfast was lovely, with home-cooked eggs, fresh bread, fruit, nuts, granola, meats, cheese, and cake. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Malcesine. Thanks again!
