What made the stay at Residence le Balze in Malcesine so special was Graziella. She was warm, welcoming, informative, and treated us like friends. She even took us out for a lovely evening. The apartment was spotless and well looked after, and the views of Lake Garda from the property were incredible. Getting there means a short climb up a hill and then 146 steps, but for us the views made it worth it. Lake Garda is beautiful, with plenty to do, from hiking to water activities. It was a peaceful, picturesque getaway, and we can't recommend it enough. We can't wait to come back. Thank you so much, Graziella xxx

The view over the lake is lovely, even from the swimming pool. It's worth making the climb up all those stairs.

We hardly noticed that the complex was almost full during our stay, apart from the parked cars. The setting is quiet and beautiful, just a few metres from the lake, though there's a steep hill to walk up, which is good exercise. The supermarket, beach, pizzeria and town centre are all easy to reach, and a bus comes once an hour. We had a large three-room apartment and a wonderful Lake Garda view from the balcony, which made the steep drive up the mountain feel worth it. The owner was friendly and always helpful. The room was comfortable and practical, and we didn't miss having a TV at all. Special thanks to Graziella for helping us and teaching us a little Italian! ;)

We had a lovely four-night break here with our little dog. The service was friendly and accommodating, and our balcony looked out over the lake. Breakfast was plentiful, and we could enjoy the Lake Garda view while eating. Best wishes, and see you next time!
