The lake view is the clear high point, and there are some good practical features: secure gated entry, modern showers, a reliable safe, a good fridge and a proper TV. The receptionist was kind and helpful too. But the stay didn't meet expectations for £150 a night. The AC didn't work at all, even after the doors had been shut for hours. That made me wonder if it had been tampered with intentionally. The hotel blamed human error, but I don't believe that was the cause. Extra linens and towels cost €10 and €5 per person, laundry is €5 a cycle, and breakfast costs €12 through a WhatsApp preorder for very basic items. There was little peace around the property. Guests played loud music by the pool, shouted in the apartments, and children screamed constantly. That's what most days were like, as shown in the attached video. The place is strict about things like balcony doors, alarm triggers and bins, yet seems passive about noise. The apartment structure is good, but the furniture feels cheap, with fake wood veneer, plastic tables and chairs, and discount lamps. It looks okay from a distance, less so up close. It's not a disaster, but it doesn't come close to a five-star experience or justify the premium price. The potential is there, but cost cutting and a lack of management around rowdy guests hold it back.
