That wood-fired hot tub with beers and a view across the valley was just what I needed after a long hiking day. Matteo, you've made a little slice of heaven here. We had a fantastic BBQ dinner in a cozy dining room, with good music and conversation, then slept well in one of the distinctive rooms with its handmade woodwork. Easily the best lodge on our hiking trip!

Matteo looked after us so well, and we really enjoyed the stay. The food was very good, and soaking in the hot tub under the stars was unforgettable. Such a great spot in the mountains.

The food alone is worth five stars. It's delicious, made with quality local ingredients, and affordable too. I loved the wild spinach Knödel with butter sauce for 8 Euro, definitely recommend them! The place feels welcoming and peaceful as soon as you arrive. The newly built house has a modern but traditional, homely interior, and my room was lovely. There's a light wood smell throughout that made me feel grounded. Luca was a thoughtful, friendly host and great company. I've never stayed anywhere quite like this in the mountains. I feel lucky I got to spend time here and would definitely recommend it. Just a heads-up, the house is up on the mountain, so the drive can be a bit bumpy.

Breakfast was incredible, and Mateo was a wonderful host. The views are amazing, the rooms are spotless, and the bedding was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. A magical place to switch off and unwind. Just book it.
