The view from the balcony is the standout, especially at sunrise over Panarea and Stromboli. The property is well cared for, with spacious, clean rooms in a minimalist style. Outside, there’s a pleasant garden area with bougainvillea, local plants, and a place to relax. Massimiliano is a wonderful host, welcoming, friendly, and kind. Highly recommended!

Max made us feel right at home. He’s a wonderful, welcoming, kind man, and we left a piece of our heart in Salina. We’d choose the lawyer's house again if we return. The old manor has period furniture that’s been well preserved, surrounded by bright bougainvillea. It’s a lovely setting for cool days near Monte delle Felci (Fern Mountain) and peaceful evenings with crickets chirping. See you soon, Max ❤️

We chose this place for its quiet, rural feel and sea view, while still being just a 10-minute walk from the lively city center. The house has two floors. Ground-floor rooms overlook the garden from a large terrace but don’t have a sea view. Upstairs, the rooms have lovely sea views, and ours also had a small terrace. The country-house wooden furniture suited the place. We had a comfortable bed with bedside tables, plus mirrors, tables, chairs, a refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi, dresser, and hangers. The bathroom had a shower, towels, hairdryer, and toilet paper, but no soap. I especially appreciated the books left around for guests. The owner was so friendly and helpful, which really made our stay. I’d highly recommend it!

The quiet around the house was wonderful, and the panoramic setting is stunning. Massimiliano was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and friendly. The house has typical Aeolian style and simple, basic furnishings. Punta Scario, a wonderful beach, is a little over a 10-minute walk, and Malfa’s only supermarket is five minutes away. There’s a refrigerator, but no kitchen. You can occasionally have a meal with the very friendly owner and chat. I would have preferred a bathroom inside the room, and the mattresses were a bit hard.
