We stayed in January and were so taken with the hotel that we've booked again for next summer. The welcome and service were warm enough to make us feel at home right away. Our junior suite looked straight out at the mountains, and we liked having the toilet separate from the shower. Breakfast was generous, and the five-course dinner was exquisite. The hotel is family-run in Schlinig, a small village in the Upper Vinschgau Valley, South Tyrol. It's wonderfully quiet, with plenty of walks and trips starting nearby. Watles adventure mountain is close and offers both skiing and hiking. The saying at reception says it perfectly: "Hard to find, hard to forget."

Helga has such a natural warmth and personality as a host. We've stayed at the Anigglhof twice and were thrilled on both visits. The kitchen deserves a huge compliment, the way to the heart is through the stomach! Our rooms were always clean and well kept, and the wellness area had everything we needed. Saskia and Maximilian

We spent four lovely days here with friends and wanted for nothing. The place is run by a family, and the warmth and service feel completely genuine. Breakfast was excellent, all regional and delicious, and dinner was a special treat each evening. Whatever we asked for, the service was friendly and attentive. The rooms are tastefully furnished, and from bed we could see the mountains. The new, spacious sauna and cozy relaxation room both offered mountain views. It's a family-run gem at 1700 meters, with wonderful peace and quiet. Many thanks to everyone, we'll definitely be back! ❤️
