My sister and I had a lovely recent stay. The hotel was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely too. It’s in a good location, though up a bit of a steep hill, which is probably expected here. A good find!

Breakfast in the garden was a treat: we woke to the smell of fresh croissants and ate beneath lemon, grapefruit, and mandarin trees. Our room at Albergo Ca’D’Andrean was spacious, nice, and had a balcony looking over the little village. The owner was really friendly and told us a lot about Manarola and what life here is like. We had a lovely stay and absolutely recommend it!

Getting there means walking uphill, though that comes with these beautiful towns. It’s only a short walk from the train station and main town area. The property was lovely and clean, just as advertised, and the staff made us feel very welcome. We also loved having continental breakfast in the garden among the lemon trees.

We had the worst experience of our 20 years of traveling in Europe. The manager/owner was very rude and yelled at us several times simply because we suggested emailing customers before they set off to warn them that cars can’t enter the town. The customer service was disgusting and the staff were awful. Don’t waste your money here. If you care about your money and your trip, look for another hotel.

Simone was so attentive and genuinely caring, and his tips and help made our visit easy and enjoyable. The hotel is in a quiet, perfect spot away from the town center, with a grocery store nearby. Staff also checked in with us before arrival, helped carry our suitcases up from the nearby train station, and arranged dinner reservations. Our room was very comfortable, and we appreciated the air conditioning. Breakfast outside by the lemon trees was lovely. We had a wonderful stay in Manarola and highly recommend this hotel.
