We found the property easily. It’s in a quiet spot, just five minutes from the thermal baths, with a panoramic view of Montemerano. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with sweet and savory choices, and the value was excellent. We’ll be back!

The place itself is charming, surrounded by greenery and with a spectacular view. It’s peaceful and restorative, so it’s a shame our stay went badly. The staff were kind, but disorganized, distracted, and completely unprofessional. The owner didn’t keep her word, and on our last night the water stopped while I was in the shower. We called the emergency number and got no answer, and nobody contacted us afterward. Luckily, our room had a kitchen. The first night our room still needed cleaning, so the owner kindly moved us to one with a larger private kitchen. My husband fetched water from the garden fountain, which was working, heated a couple of pots, and brought them back so I could rinse off as best I could. I’m sorry, but that was my experience.

Set among green olive trees near the Saturnia hot springs, this is a good choice if you want a relaxing holiday. The rooms and garden were clean, and the owners were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade cakes, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh bread, juice, yogurt, and cappuccino. Highly recommended, with excellent value.

Nicolò, the cat, likes to mingle with guests, which is definitely a bonus. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished, with a bed that made for a good night’s sleep. The location is handy for Saturnia and the nearby town and surrounding towns. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.
