A car is important here, and parking at the villa is free. The famous thermal waters at Cascate del Mulino are just a three-minute drive away, with free entry. We stayed during the mimosa bloom, and there were four magnificent mimosa trees in the garden. The hosts served home-cooked local dishes for a very good, generous breakfast. We had a wonderful time at Villa Giulia, and for price and hospitality it's a good alternative to the nearby golf hotel.

The owners were very kind and attentive. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the house is only an eight-minute walk from town. Breakfast was the best I've had in years, with lots of variety, local products, and plenty to eat.

I arrived at 10 pm and they went out of their way to help me. The rooms at villa Giulia were very clean, and the hosts were so accommodating. Breakfast was the best I've ever had in Italy, with enough food to last me all day until dinner and more options than I could eat. Thanks so much for the hospitality. If I'm ever around Saturnia again, I'll definitely come back.

We had a lot of fun during our lovely two-night stay. The views were amazing, the staff were very kind, and there were hot springs and lightning too. Breakfast and cappuccinos were included, and our stay had it all!

The quiet setting and the trip there are a real pleasure, though getting around is tough without a car. Breakfast is amazing, and the place feels five-star.
