The owners were turbo nice, and breakfast was superb. It’s a really cozy place, decorated very tastefully, with lots of attention paid to the interior details.

The garden is spacious and well kept, with quiet corners among fig and pomegranate trees, plus room for swimming, volleyball, or table tennis. When we’re not out exploring the inviting surroundings or trying one of the many excellent restaurants, we eat beside the pool in one of the lovely pavilions. The apartment is carefully furnished and has everything you need. The owners reflect the generosity and friendliness of the land. San Pietro di Bevagna’s idyllic beach is about a 15-minute drive, supermarkets are 10 minutes away, and a fantastic bakery is just a 10-minute walk. What a wonderful place in a beautiful country!
