The staff's care and the hotel's spotless condition made this feel like a genuine 4-star stay. Mr. Leonardo was thoughtful about my lactose intolerance, and his dedication to the work really showed. It's a family-run place that captures the spirit of this part of Puglia, the land of the Messapians, with the best beaches in Salento just a short walk away. I'd recommend it to people working in tourism too.

Mr. Leonardo, the owner, makes you feel at home. The cleanliness is impeccable, parking is convenient, and everything you need is there. Hotel San Paolo is a great base for a vacation as well as for work trips. I'm so glad I found it. EXCELLENT!!

At Hotel San Paolo, Leonardo, the owner, is always ready to help with guests' requests and is such a kind person. They really look after you and make you feel at home. I highly recommend it.

The location worked well for getting both inland and out to the sea, and the rates were very reasonable for the season. We found the place welcoming, familiar, relaxing, and spotlessly clean, just like home. Leonardo is a real professional and a wonderful person. Breakfast was fantastic, with all kinds of cakes plus friselle and local cheeses. There's secure parking and express laundry service within 12 hours. Sweet Neve cheered us up too. We'll be back next time, with our friends. Highly recommended.
