Antica Dimora dei Gelsi

Nadia made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, always smiling and looking after us. When we needed to move our stay after booking, she sorted it out straight away. We spent a week at B&B Antica Dimora dei Gelsi and would love to come back as soon as we can. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had all the comforts we needed. It’s close to everything, and breakfast was generous, with fresh options for different needs, including intolerances and vegetarian and vegan diets. We felt pampered the whole time. Breakfast really stands out here. There’s a good range of quality local foods, from croissants made with sourdough that rises for 24 hours to naturally milled bread and fine cold cuts. Nadia’s B&B is also well placed for getting around to the lake’s attractions. The rooms are very clean, and the mattresses and pillows made for a great night’s sleep. The place is new, and you can see how much care and passion the hosts put into looking after guests. Congratulations.

Breakfast was a hit with our little girl, especially the homemade cakes and good bread, all fresh and authentic. We spent Easter at Antica Dimora dei Gelsi as a family with a small child, and the calm, well-kept setting made us feel welcome right away. The property is lovely among the greenery, and our room was spacious, quiet, spotless, and tastefully furnished with everything we needed. Nadia was so kind and helpful, and shared lots of useful ideas for enjoying the area. We followed her tip and had an excellent dinner at a welcoming restaurant just two minutes away on foot. Antica Dimora dei Gelsi is a lovely choice for peace, comfort, and a warm welcome. We’d be glad to return.

Nadia was a lovely, helpful host and treated us so well. We stayed for a couple of days, and the room was simple but elegant, very clean, and had really comfortable beds. The location made it easy to reach the different towns along the lake. Breakfast was generous and full of quality products, with the cooked ham especially worth mentioning. I’d absolutely recommend it. Well done!
