We already have our third stay planned for 2025 after visiting this apartment in Manerba del Garda in summer 2024 for the second time. It really is perfect for a family with two kids, and coming back each year feels like coming home for the best part of the year. Chiara takes care of guests like nobody I’ve known. She even organized a birthday cake for our daughter when we made a special request. The apartment is quiet, set back from via 4 novembre, and surrounded by beautiful beaches within walking distance. It’s great for cycling too. I used my racebike a lot on our last stay and saw some beautiful places. The village center, with pizzerias and restaurants, is five minutes away on foot. Several supermarkets are a three to five minute drive away. Inside, there are two bedrooms, a huge living room, a complete kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The big balcony looks out over the garden and an olive grove. There are dining tables and chairs in the kitchen, living room, and on the balcony, so you can choose where to eat. The apartment is on the first floor. It also comes with private parking and its own entrance, plus a fairly large garden where we could set up a paddling pool for the kids. Under the balcony, next to the stairs, there’s a small sitting area and space for bicycles and other equipment needed for a two week holiday at lake garda. The private driveway has a remotely controlled gate.
