San Sivino 108 in Manerba del Garda

The staff were so friendly and ready to help, and we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with a handy kiosk, a small supermarket, and direct lake access for relaxing. The underground garage is roomy and easy to use. We’d love to come back!

The garden was clean, and the lake beach is right beyond its gate. There’s plenty to do here: a swimming pool, jacuzzi, minigolf, beach volley, a sand football pitch, and a children’s playground. Two restaurants are practically on site, too. Our apartment had everything we needed. For me, it’s also a great base for trips around the lake and to cities like Milano, Verona, and Venezia. I really recommend it!

After four days in Dolomites, we wanted somewhere on the shore of Garda with a studio kitchen, a pool, and lake access. San Sivino had all of that. Our studio for three was clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed: a dishwasher, kettle, induction cooktop, microwave, and all the kitchen utensils. It was lovely to eat or have a glass of wine on the little terrace overlooking the hotel grounds, which were very nicely kept and full of flowers. We also had a covered parking space of our own. There are two pools linked by a slide, plus a pool for smaller children and a separate adults-only pool. By the lake, there’s an affordable kayak and SUP rental, a small bar selling refreshments, ice cream, and sandwiches, and free chairs and sunbeds for hotel guests. Other facilities include minigolf, ping pong tables, a Foosball table, and tennis courts, though rackets cost extra. There’s a pizza place nearby serving pizza and pasta. You can eat there or take the food away to have by the lake or on your terrace. We enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the place. Nothing fancy, but it had everything we wanted. The standard room was clean, though it looked a bit shabby, especially the bathroom. The pool area and garden were lovely and clean for a fair price, and the adults-only pool was a real plus. There’s also lake access, a beach bar, minigolf, tennis, and more. We stayed just three nights. The cleaning staff and gardeners were very friendly, but some women at the front desk were rude, unfriendly, and seemed annoyed whenever you asked a question.
