Maiorano Boutique Hotel

The best part for us was being only about 300 meters from the sea. Getting to the beach was easy, and that short walk was a real highlight. But for what we paid for three days, the rest of the stay fell well short of what we expected. If you arrive by car, parking is a headache. The hotel has no spaces, so we spent quite a while circling the village looking for somewhere to leave the car. The room was disappointing too. On the first night, the air conditioning didn't work, and although staff moved us, we had to go back to the original room the following day. We were on the top floor, where the view was mostly of the hotel's AC system. Small things added to the letdown. The toilet paper was cheap eco paper, and the soap came in a basic plastic box, which didn't feel in keeping with the price. Access to the spa cost an extra €35 per person, an unnecessary charge given the other issues. Breakfast service lacked attention as well. Nobody asked our room number or came over to ask what we wanted to drink. The staff seemed inexperienced, and the overall service quality felt quite low. We expected much more, and the hotel didn't deliver.

The breakfast had an amazing spread of fresh options, and we really enjoyed the delicious aperitif. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.

There was a wide selection of food at breakfast, with all sorts of things to choose from. The hotel was very clean and had a fancy feel.

A comfortable, nice hotel!
