Parking was available, the place was clean, and the location was convenient.

We stayed in October 2025. Mrs. Vittoria was friendly when she welcomed us, and the location near Lungomare del Sole worked well for our travels. We were also able to change rooms after the first one turned out to be truly tiny and had no shower. The water pressure was extremely low, and the hot water kept cutting in and out, so we were left with cold showers throughout the stay. The rooms were poorly cleaned and had no soundproofing. Less than two days before we were due to leave, water problems forced us to move apartments. The last one was damp as well as poorly cleaned. That was unacceptable given the high price, even outside the summer season.

Waking up to the sea air and enjoying the quiet in Siponto was priceless. This little seaside house is welcoming, carefully maintained, and immediately made us feel at home. It’s just steps from the sea, a lovely spot to relax and switch off from daily life. The house was spotless, practical, and had everything we needed for an easy vacation. We’ll remember this stay and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, peace, and the real feel of the Siponto seaside. We’ll definitely be back! 🌊✨

Everything was just right, from the welcome and comfort to the temperature, services, and all the things available, even for making coffee or heating a sandwich. But don't open that door 😱. I recommend it, it's the only door you shouldn't open 🙏
