Casa Giromet

We spent an incredibly lovely week here and felt at home as soon as we arrived. We stayed in two of the three apartments, each furnished with its own character and a lot of care. The house sits within a beautiful, spacious garden full of hydrangeas, roses, and poppies, with views across the vineyards. Matthias and Klaus are warm, welcoming hosts who were always ready with help and advice. Their restaurant recommendations were fantastic, and Piedmontese cuisine was a real delight. We had such a good time and hope to be back next year!

Casa Giromet is a dream for a relaxing break in one of Piedmont’s most beautiful areas. The vineyard setting gives you lovely views and puts you right in nature. The picturesque garden is carefully tended, and the refreshing saltwater pool fits perfectly. Inside, the rooms have thoughtful details, with high-quality furniture and accessories. It’s the best-equipped holiday apartment kitchen we’ve ever stayed in.

Klaus and Matthias make Casa Giromet feel unique. They’re welcoming, friendly, helpful, and so easy to like that you can’t help wanting to return. They also have the best recommendations for discovering Piedmont away from the usual routes, from traditional places to newer food and cultural spots. The apartments are cozy, modern, and personal, with everything you’d need at home. The setting is lovely too, in a beautiful garden at the end of a valley. It’s a place that feels good for all the senses.

Klaus and Matthias made us feel so welcome, and were always helpful without ever intruding. They know the finer things in Piedmont and can arrange wine tastings, book great restaurant tables, and share excellent recommendations. We’re very grateful to them for the warm atmosphere and all their effort. We’d wholeheartedly recommend Casa Giromet to anyone, whatever their age, who likes the apartments shown in the photos and enjoys the peace of Piedmont. We’re in our thirties ourselves. The apartments are in a former farmhouse, set a short distance from the beautiful saltwater pool, which is made of natural stone. From the spacious garden, lovingly tended by the hosts, you can see the neighboring hills covered in vines and hazelnut trees. The whole place sits in a lush green garden with panoramic views. The three apartments are easy to reach from the garden. We rarely see apartments furnished so tastefully, with modern designer pieces alongside antiques. Their high-quality amenities are unusually comprehensive, right down to the truffle slicer in the kitchen drawer.
