Eurohotel Palace Maniago

The main reason I'm writing is to praise the restaurant on site, Parco Vittoria Restaurant. Five stars. Seafood and fish make up most of the menu, so many options weren't available to me because of my shellfish allergy. Still, there were dishes I could eat, and they assured me there was NO CROSS CONTAMINATION. I ate without any reaction. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the staff were so nice and amazing. I was here on a business trip, so the hotel was chosen for me, and thankfully it was. It's in Maniago, close to shops and places to eat, with more good food options just a three minute walk away. The city is walkable, and Venice is about an hour and a half by car or two hours by train. The hotel has free parking and a free breakfast that leans Italian. Staff speak English, room service is great, and reception is friendly and helpful. I'd choose this hotel again for a personal trip.

We had a wonderful dinner with friends last night: shrimp with red onions, capesante (coquille St. Jacques), delicious baby octopus with polenta, and risotto fungi, my wife's favorite. The food is always outstanding, freshly prepared, and top quality. We usually choose seafood, though there are meat options too. We've loved this restaurant ever since we discovered it more than 15 years ago. Mauro, the manager, is a terrific host and maitre d’hotel. We make a point of dining here at least once a year. Highly recommended.

After winning a trip to Italy, I was helped so much by the manager and staff, especially as it was my first time overseas. I speak very little Italian, but they made communication easy and showed me how little difference there really is between us. They were kind and open to travelers, and anyone would be lucky to stay here at such a great rate. You're close to hundreds of stores, shops, pizzerias, and more, and the food at EuroHotel Palace is impeccable. They spoil you! Exquisite! I plan to stay here every year for Easter in Italy, and hope my Italian gets much better so I can tell them how wonderful they are.

On our return for another week, the manager greeted us like long lost friends, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is comfortable and modern, and some of the staff speak English. It's well placed, just a two minute walk from the town center. Looking forward to our next stay.
