The setting is lovely, surrounded by nature and close to some nice beaches. The rooms are basic but decent, like small bungalows, with a little outdoor area for hanging beach clothes. The bedding was the big problem: the mattresses and pillows were old and terribly uncomfortable, and the single beds pushed together felt like they hadn't been replaced since the 80s. We had to ask for extra pillows because the ones there were so bad, and there weren't any spares in the room. A bedding upgrade, at least decent pillows, would make a huge difference. That really isn't acceptable these days.

The Ground Floor Pizzeria/ Restaurant has a pleasant, well-kept setting and a lovely view. The food was enjoyable, with a few interesting options. But the service was a real letdown: the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. Even with the place only half full, it took ages for anyone to notice that tables needed attention. I can't imagine how it goes when the restaurant is full. A shame, but I won't be back.

The pizza is really good, but the menu has 42 pizzas. Why? There was also frozen seafood for 20 euro. Keep it to 10 pizzas and grilled orata, and sort out the menu. The huge staff couldn't manage just a few tables, and the young people waiting tables need training as soon as possible. Good luck anyway.
