We stayed at La Casa del Gelso with Nadia at the start of October, and it was perfect. The house and gardens are wonderful, and it’s easy to get around the beautiful Maratea area. Our room was lovely, clean and tastefully decorated. Nadia and her family were great hosts, and breakfast was typical, very fresh and tasty. We highly recommend the B&B, especially Nadia.

Nadia made sure we were extremely comfortable, and her brother-in-law, who’s a well-known map maker, suggested some of his favorite hikes. The whole family were friendly and welcoming. We loved the very clean room and phenomenal breakfasts at this B&B in Acquafredda, in the Maratea area. We could easily have stayed a few more days to enjoy the room, the family and the area.
