We found the apartment quiet and well equipped, and its location made it easy to explore the whole Maratea coast. The panoramic terrace and its sea view were a real highlight. Mr. Riccardo was attentive without being intrusive, handled our requests, and gave us some great tips for local places to eat. Highly recommended!

Riccardo’s warmth really made our stay. He welcomed us with a smile and a bottle of good wine, then stayed available with useful advice throughout the week. We were there for the week of August 15th, in the “Il Giardino” house, which was clean, cozy, modern, and comfortable for a range of needs. It’s also well placed for getting to Maratea’s sights, the center, and the port. We’d love to return to those magical places. Thank you, Riccardo.

The owner and his sister gave us such a warm welcome, and their kindness and stories about the area helped us discover a side of Maratea we wouldn’t otherwise have experienced. The house has a long history as a real family home, which gives it a special atmosphere. And then there’s the terrace over the sea, the curtains moving in the breeze, and sunlight on the red walls. It felt like a scene from a film.

Breakfast and dinner on the apartment’s terrace, with that spectacular view, were hard to beat. The place itself is a splendid late 19th-century villa tucked into nature. The flowers smell lovely, and the mountains and view are breathtaking. My boyfriend and I stayed in the terrace apartment, which has been renovated with care and elegance.
