B&B Villa Claudia

Claudia made our brief stay easy and enjoyable. She helped us find and book a nice restaurant by the lake, and breakfast was delicious. A very good B&B in a lovely setting. I’d happily recommend it.

Dear Claudia, guests have the right to ask for a refund, and hotels normally let people view a room before staying without charging them specifically for that. You didn’t return the full amount when we couldn’t stay because of problems. Asking for money because a child or pregnant woman used the toilet isn’t right. The lady didn’t postpone any payment receipt. The tax office should take that into account.

After a 12-hour drive, we arrived just five minutes “late” because of a major traffic accident we couldn’t have predicted. We had warned her about it, but she left us stranded, with two exhausted children and no bed or breakfast, despite our booking being for more than one night. We lost all our money, and she wouldn’t answer the phone to discuss whether we could come in for the remaining nights. It made us incredibly stressed on the very first day of our holiday. In all my years travelling around the world, I’ve never encountered such inhumane behavior. There was no service or support, just demands of the customer. This place is an absolute scam. Don’t bother with this “host.”

Claudia was so welcoming and helpful, and really friendly. The room was very clean, which matters a lot to my boyfriend and me. A nice place to spend the night, all in all.
