The location is hard to beat, with the beach about 150 metres away on foot, closer than the nearest parking. Even though the street gets busy, we heard nothing in the room. It was very clean, cleaned daily, and had a modern air conditioner that worked really well. There are lots of great restaurants nearby, along with gelaterias, pizzerias, and creperias. The room and bathroom aren’t large, but they were more than adequate, and the price felt fair for the stay. The two women who run the hotel were really cool and helped with everything we asked for. There’s no restaurant on site, but guests with breakfast included can get coffee and croissants at the café across the street. We think it deserves more than two stars! :)

Right in central Procchio, close to the sea and the area with most of the bars and restaurants. A really well-organized hotel for anyone doing the GTE, with very kind staff. We had a great stay.

We had a great stay and will definitely come back. The owners were so kind and did their best to meet all our needs. Our room was spacious and clean, with everything useful, including a TV, air conditioning, and a mini fridge for keeping drinks or food cool. The bathroom was roomy too, and the shower was really large. There’s no breakfast room, but bars, grocery stores, and plenty of shops are across the street. Procchio’s public beach is just a few steps away. Better than many three-star hotels 🔝
