Hotel Delfino

The property is right on the beach, and the views from the second restaurant, on the reserved beach area, go beautifully with its exquisite menu. There are two restaurants, including one reserved exclusively for hotel guests. The facilities are first class, and the staff are very helpful. It feels like a five-star hotel at a three-star price. Staff speak Portuguese, German, English, and Spanish. I can't say enough about this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

The beach is nice, but it gets crowded.

The staff were knowledgeable and polite throughout, and Mr. Nico was especially kind and helpful with all our questions. The hotel is just a stone's throw from the sea, with an immaculate, well-serviced beach resort just nearby. That’s handy if you don’t want to drive from beach to beach. On-site parking was important too, since there aren’t many spaces around Procchio. We spent two relaxing weeks in a spacious, bright seafront room. It was quiet and comfortable, and housekeeping did an excellent job, even during the downpour. Meals were carefully prepared and the table service was excellent. Thanks to the chef and to Mr. and Mrs. Dan and Mariana for pampering us at every meal. Breakfast was generous and still well-stocked late in the morning. Dinner brought refined dishes, a great selection of local wines, and exquisite homemade desserts. The Elban dinner was wonderful, with spectacular dishes, and left us with a lovely memory.
