Villino Sveva was where my partner, our son, and I spent a week, and we loved it. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a private courtyard where we ate breakfast each morning. It's set a little uphill, but the sea and town are an easy walk away. The setting is gorgeous. You can look out to sea from a swing placed right in front of a balcony, and there's a private pool with loungers and a shower. We could also rent electric bikes for a lovely island tour. Michele, the owner, was so welcoming and made us love the place even more. We'll definitely return. Highly recommend it for families with kids too.

Our apartment, Jacopo, had a sea view, a lovely outdoor dining area, a spacious bedroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. The rooms were simple but practical. The property is on a gentle hill, around two minutes by car from central Procchio or about a ten-minute walk. Mr. Mazzarri was very kind and attentive, and the arrangements with Procchio's main restaurants were much appreciated, as were the bathroom soap and shampoo and the welcome wine, water, and beer. The road up is narrow and steep, though I've driven worse, and a traffic light system kept it manageable. They even had some freebies for us on departure day. Bathroom and bed linen were included too, which was a lot. Another lovely memory of Elba Island. Thank you, and congratulations!

Michele, the owner, was incredibly kind and ready to help with anything we needed. The residence is also well placed for getting to Elba's best beaches. We spent an unforgettable week at residence Marina Vip in Procchio, just a short walk from the local beach. Villino Sveva was cozy and gave us the privacy and peace we wanted. We especially loved the Jacuzzi pool, which guests can use in turns, and having lunch and dinner on the porch made it feel like home. We'd strongly recommend it for a relaxing, restorative break in a dream setting. We can't wait to return!

The Marina villa worked perfectly for our long weekend with three dogs. There’s a big fenced outdoor area, plus nearby land for dog-sitting. Mr. Michele and his wife were lovely and gave us all the details we needed to enjoy our stay. It’s a great spot for getting around, with the seafront and Procchio’s entertainment area just a short walk away. We also appreciated the hydromassage pool, washing machine, and the coffee, snacks, water, and bottle of wine left for guests. The price felt really good for what you get. The road up is narrow and steep, especially in a large car, but the traffic lights and a bit of care make it manageable. I’d highly recommend it.
