Being just steps from the Miara lift was great, and renting a ski box there was good value. The Dolomites views are incredible, and the hotel’s modern, clean, comfortable spaces felt spacious too. We enjoyed the pool, spa, and air rifle range. Breakfast and dinner had plenty of choice, and all four of us were happy with the variety and quality despite having different preferences. The hotel was peaceful, and the other guests were laid back and pleasant. One thing that didn’t quite work for us: our older teens couldn’t use some of the games because they were restricted to adults. We would have enjoyed playing together, and our kids are mature and careful. I understand the hotel may want to protect the games, especially since we never saw an adult using the gaming area. Perhaps a pass system could let teens play while still allowing the hotel to charge for any damage if someone misuses them.

Dinner was delicious on most nights, and the staff were always friendly and ready to answer questions. The rooms were spotless, probably the cleanest we’ve ever seen. Breakfast was the one letdown: it was the same each day, and more fresh fruit and vegetables would have been nice. Still, we’d definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

At Hotel Condor in San Vigilio, the warm, attentive staff made us feel truly welcome throughout the stay. The rooms were cosy and spotless, and breakfast offered lots of variety with fresh local products. Comfort and hospitality come together really well here.

The Leimegger family made me feel at home while I was there for the Women's World Cup Skiing event. From the moment I arrived, I felt like part of a big family rather than a passing tourist. The hotel’s location, accommodation, food, staff, and atmosphere all overwhelmed me in the best way. Dinner was an amazing three courses, presented with real care, and breakfast had so much choice that even a discerning foodie would be pleased. The waitstaff never rushed me at breakfast or dinner, were attentive to my questions, and I had some lovely conversations with them. The spa and exercise area are extensive. I hope to return soon.
