Clean and tidy, with delicious food and a ski slope right in front of the hotel. It has everything you need for a proper ski holiday. I’ll definitely come back. 😊

After an emergency on the ski slopes, my girlfriend, her little sister, and I were stranded for almost two hours waiting for the snow patrol. They got us near Hotel Furcia, and we needed a taxi back to our hotel in San Vigilio, which was about 15 minutes away. With it at -8 degrees Celsius (20° F) outside, we went into the bar and politely asked if we could wait somewhere warm. The barman was extremely rude, wouldn’t let us in, and said, “IT WAS NOT SO COLD OUTSIDE.” I don’t know his name, but he answered the phone when we tried calling the hotel. That kind of response felt inhuman. Zero stars.

The rooms have been nicely renovated, and it works well for a skiing trip. It’s a little far from the village, though, and the spa is basic.
